These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bjbaj ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bjbaj online gaming and sports betting platform available at https://bjbaj.cam and any associated services, features, mobile interfaces or promotional content.

bjbaj is an internationally operated online gaming platform. It is not registered, licensed or authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority within Pakistan. Users based in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether access to online gaming services is permissible under applicable local law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any relevant provincial legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following defined terms apply throughout:

To register and maintain an account on the bjbaj Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be the legal owner of, or have full and lawful authorisation to use, any payment method submitted to fund your account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for verifying your own legal position under applicable local law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by bjbaj or any other gaming operator or regulator.
• You must be registering and acting entirely on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each individual User is permitted to hold one account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. The information you provide must exactly match the identity documentation you will be required to submit during the KYC verification process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bjbaj will not be liable for any loss or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bjbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reason to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or is otherwise acting in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

bjbaj is required to conduct identity verification checks on all Users before processing withdrawal requests. These checks are conducted in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) frameworks applicable to the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo ID — for Pakistani users this is typically a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport.
• Proof of current residential address — such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days.
• Proof of payment method ownership — such as a photograph of the bank card used to deposit, or a screenshot of a mobile wallet account.
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by the compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request will result in withdrawal requests being held pending. Persistent failure to verify may result in account suspension. bjbaj will never request your full PIN, password or online banking credentials.

Deposits are made through the payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and applicable fees are displayed within the cashier interface and are subject to change without notice. bjbaj references familiar Pakistani payment methods — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as informational context only. These payment providers do not endorse or support gambling services, and their availability as deposit methods depends entirely on the operator's current arrangements and each provider's own policies.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment source legally owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Third-party funding of accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of deposits and account closure.

Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. bjbaj does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification prior to processing.

Withdrawal processing times are variable and depend on the selected payment method, the operator's internal review queue, applicable compliance checks and the receiving institution's own processing timelines. bjbaj does not guarantee specific withdrawal speeds. Indicative timeframes provided within the Platform are estimates only.

The Platform displays account balances and transaction values in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where supported by the operator's configuration. The actual currency in which deposits are processed, and any conversion rates applied, depend on the payment method and the operator's current system settings. Users should review the cashier interface for current currency information before transacting.

bjbaj may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements and other incentive programmes to eligible Users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before a withdrawal request is eligible. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a bonus of PKR 1,000 requires PKR 30,000 in total wagers to be placed using the bonus funds prior to withdrawal eligibility.

bjbaj takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: registration of multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer; use of automated systems to meet wagering requirements; exploitation of software errors or technical glitches to accrue bonus value; and any pattern of behaviour that bjbaj reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of the promotional system rather than genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, bjbaj reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit any winnings and close the account without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game or event. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed through the Platform interface. bjbaj does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable sport or game rules.
• bjbaj reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including instances where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error or human error, or where a market was inadvertently offered on an event that had already commenced or concluded.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, the decision of bjbaj (or, where applicable, the relevant third-party game provider) shall be final, subject to any applicable formal complaints procedure.
• Cricket markets referencing Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments or Pakistan national team fixtures are offered as sports betting markets only. bjbaj has no affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team, and these names are used purely as market identifiers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scrapers, artificial intelligence systems or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets or fulfil wagering requirements.
• Collusion with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or market.
• Money laundering, or any attempt to use the Platform to disguise the origin of funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods without their express authorisation.
• Exploitation of software errors, pricing errors or system glitches to gain unfair advantage or unintended financial benefit.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages or impairs the Platform's technical infrastructure or the experience of other users.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without legitimate basis where the underlying transactions were genuine and conducted in accordance with these Terms.

All content on the bjbaj Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of bjbaj or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bjbaj brand name, logo and visual identity are proprietary to the Platform and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written authorisation.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

bjbaj is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for many adults, carries a risk of harm for some individuals. Our platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or older (or the higher minimum age required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction) and is not intended to be used as a source of income or as a financial strategy.

The following responsible gambling tools are available within your account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the Platform for a defined minimum period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts displaying your session duration and net position at configurable intervals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjbaj, its officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even where bjbaj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall bjbaj's total aggregate liability to any User exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjbaj reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through a Platform notification, email communication to the registered address on your account, or by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bjbaj holds its operating licence, details of which are available upon request through our support channel. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law in your country of residence.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your country of residence that cannot be contractually excluded. Pakistani users are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding the enforceability of international gaming agreements under Pakistani law.
